That is the job we start with. Over four hours you set Claude up so it knows your business, write that job down as a one-page process a new staff member could follow on day one, and build the place where Claude holds the next ten. You do all of it on your own laptop, with J and a helper walking the tables. Nobody moves on until everyone is in.

Yes. The course uses Claude because Projects and artefacts suit business work, but the setup and the prompting pattern transfer straight across. Plenty of people in the room use both.
No. A free account is enough for the session, but you may run out of tokens, if you do a lot of work in the session. Some people choose to upgrade later once they know what they want Claude for. That's your call, and we'll show you what the paid plans add.
