Everyone says AI matters. Almost no one tells you what to actually do about it in your business.
In three hours, on your own business, you will. You leave with your first real decision made, and a clear way to make the rest.
12 October 2026, 9.00 am to 12.15 pm. Greenmeadows Centre, Stoke. $195 incl GST.
You can use AI. You have tried the tools, maybe at a Sandbox session, maybe on your own. That part is done. The harder question is the one underneath it: what do you actually use AI for in your business, and where do you start.
Here is the trap. Once you can use a tool, it feels like you have started. But a tool is not a strategy. A strategy is a set of decisions about what to use AI for, and they are far easier to get right in the right order. This three-hour workshop walks you through them on your own business. You bring your organisation, not a hypothetical, and you make each decision as the session goes.
By the end you will have made all five calls on your own business, and you will have the method to make them again. That method is the point. It is the part you run next quarter with your team, when the first move is working and you are deciding what comes next.
The workshop is tool agnostic. You use whatever AI you already work in, so the room can bring anything. Everyone leaves with their own first-draft strategy, in their own words, about their own place.
Nina O’Donohue is co-founder of Cogrounding and works with businesses on making AI a competence in the organisation. She spent close to nine years at the LEGO Group with global marketing responsibility and has built two businesses of her own. Her approach is market and data driven. She starts with what needs to be achieved and for whom. The technology follows.
Do I need to be technical? No. You bring your business, not a tech background. The workshop is about the decisions a leader makes, not about operating a particular tool.
Which AI tool do you use? It is tool agnostic. Bring whatever you already use, or nothing at all. The five decisions apply whatever software you land on.
Is three hours enough? Yes, to leave with a first draft of all five decisions and the method to keep going. It is a working session, not a lecture.
Can I bring someone from my team? Some people bring a second person from their leadership team. There is a discount for two attending.
I have been to a Sandbox session or two. Is this the next step? Yes. You have the tools. This is where you decide what they are for and set a direction for the business.
What do I walk out with? Your own answers to all five decisions, and a one-page method you can run again with your team.
Book your place. 12 October 2026. $195 incl GST.
